Who you will be working with

Siddharth T Janakiraman founded AequiRadix to do for other industrial projects what he did on an LNG import terminal in Tamil Nadu, where he was the turnkey consultant responsible for every clearance, approval, licence and NOC the project required. That work ran across the Pollution Control Board, PESO, the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, the fire and electrical authorities and the district administration, which is the same ground our clients stand on today.

He is a law graduate and reads each file as a lawyer would: the rule first, then the form, then the way the department actually applies both. That habit earns its keep when a matter turns difficult, and much of his work is exactly that: applications stalled between departments, conditions that no longer fit the plant, and notices that need a considered reply rather than a quick one. He also practises as an intellectual property strategist, a discipline that rewards the same close reading of the instrument and the same care in building a record.
