Who this applies to
Anyone who contacts AequiRadix Private Limited through this website's enquiry form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. It covers what you send us before you engage us.
Who we are
AequiRadix Private Limited decides how the details you send us are used. You can reach us at siddharth@aequiradix.com or on +91 98409 41910.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- what your enquiry is about, and your message;
- your name and email address;
- your company name and phone number, if you give them;
- the page of this website you came to the form from;
- the date and time you sent it.
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and the address or number you send it from.
Please do not send bank details, identity documents or passwords through the form. If a matter involves confidential documents, tell us and we will arrange a secure way to send them.
Why we use it
We use your details only to understand your enquiry, reply to it and, if you decide to engage us, prepare and carry out that work. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for advertising.
Where it is kept
This website is hosted by Hostinger. The enquiry form does not store what you send on the website: it passes it straight to our email account, where it is kept. To stop the form being flooded, the website keeps a counter of recent enquiries from each connection for one hour, filed under a scrambled form of the connection's internet (IP) address. Hostinger's servers also record standard technical logs of requests to the site, as web servers do.
WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms, and kept on the phone and WhatsApp account we use for enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our correspondence with you for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you engage us, the records of that engagement are kept for as long as the work needs them and the law requires.
Who we share it with
No one, except the companies that host this website and carry our email, and WhatsApp if you use it. They handle your details only to provide those services. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. We would disclose them only where the law requires it.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so the form travels to us encrypted. Our email account is protected by a password and used only for enquiries and our work.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads no content from other websites; the LinkedIn links are links only.
Correcting or deleting your details
To find out what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email siddharth@aequiradix.com with the name and email address you used. We will confirm when it is done. If we have to keep anything, for example because the law requires it, we will tell you what and why.
Raising a concern
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, write to siddharth@aequiradix.com. We will reply and tell you what we will do about it.
Changes to this notice
If what we do with your details changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
