AequiRadix served as the turnkey statutory approvals consultant for the terminal, coordinating the clearances, approvals, licences and NOCs the project required. The work covered Tamil Nadu Single Window clearance, the Site Appraisal Committee, DTCP building plan approval, several PESO approvals and licences, the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, AAI height clearance, a number of NOCs from the district administration, and more.

From that study we prepare an approval matrix: every approval, licence and NOC the project needs, the authority that issues each one, and the sequence in which they have to be obtained.
Application preparation
We prepare each application with its supporting documents and check it against the rules before it is filed.
Department coordination
We file the applications, attend to the department's queries and follow up on each file until a decision is issued.
