Where applications go wrong, and what we check
- Asking for a general no-objection. No universal Collector no-objection applies to a Tamil Nadu factory.
- Collecting letters nobody requires. A police letter that no checklist asks for adds time, not approval.
- Different layouts to different offices. The District Authority and PESO must see the same layout.
- Treating revenue classification as zoning. A revenue record is not land-use permission.
