Where the site is not zoned for the activity.
Where applications go wrong, and what we check
- Assuming the wrong authority. CMDA or DTCP headquarters may not be the approving authority; jurisdiction and delegation decide.
- Designing before the site is confirmed. Lawful access, road width and land-use eligibility come before the drawings.
- Records that disagree. Differences among the title deed, patta, survey sketch, layout records and ground measurements stall a file.
- Skipping the completion certificate. A factory needs one before power, water and sewerage are connected.
